Insert thumb through bottom or bowl, allowing only thumb to rest on the top of the soft gripper pad. Your fingers should fit comfortably under bottom side of the bowl. As with any feeding method, you will find your most comfortable feeding position. The lid included with blow feature an automatic steam vent which allows the sealed bowl to be microwave safely.
